Xi'an Xikebangjia Electricity Co., Ltd and Electricity Research Institute of Xi’an University of Science and Technology (former Xi'an Mining College Inductive Heating Technique Research Institute) is a professionalized institute in inductive heating equipments' researching, developing and production. The serial products of its larger, middle and small medium-frequency electrical smelting furnace and medium-frequency transthermical equipment that researched and produced by it, have been applied in over 240 big and middle enterprises since 1997, and obtained better technical and economic efficiency for these enterprises. The fifth generation of medium-frequency electrical power that produced by it, had passed the national qualify certification (No.110 National Quality Supervision Certification,No.1998-060 Electricity Quality Certification Committee Of the PRC), reached the advanced level in saving energy/high efficiency/simplify circuit/easy operating/high reliability etc in our country; it acquired the National Important New Product Awards from the National Science & Technique Department/National Foreign Trade Department/National Quality Supervision Bureau/National Environment Protection Bureau Of the PRC in June of 2000, and acquired Science & Technology Progress Awards from the Shaanxi Province Education Committee and Xi'an People’s Government Of the PRC in July of 2000 and October of 2001,respectively. In August of 2000 we researched and produced the super large aluminum rod medium-frequency transthermical furnace for Shandong Conglin Group Corporation, it was praised by the colleague that this product filled the blank in this hand for our country, and reported by the CCTV Of the PRC in its news report in December 8th of 2003, and acquired National First Class Awards Of Science And Technology Progress Of the PRC. In June 2001 Xi'an Municipal Science Committee of the PRC organized professionals to do verification to our company's fifth generation product, they concluded that "this product has reached the national advanced level, and reached the international advanced level in controlling and safeguard ."
Our company developed fifth medium-frequency electrical furnace in 2000 (National Important New Product),developed electrical inductive water heater unit (instead of coal, kerosene oil and gas heater) in 2001, developed serial anode steel stub straightening machine products (applied in electrolysis aluminum, can instead of traditional cutting/welding mechanism), developed anode stub dryer(applied in electrolysis aluminum , can instead of oil and gas drying devices) in 2003, and developed aluminum anode rod straightening machine in 2004, stub phosphorous-iron ring (thimble) press stripper, anode steel stub butt smashing machine , anode warehouse space management system, anode workshop monitor & controlling system , aluminum rod pair friction butt-welder, and the high voltage power variable frequency device etc , these products are all new products that fill the blank for our country in this hand.
The fifth generation of medium-frequency electrical power had been certificationed by the National Science & Technology Department, Foreign Trade Department, National Quality Supervision Bureau, and National Environment Protection Bureau of the PRC as a national important new product in June of 2000.
